Foundations
The strategic plan sets UONAA priorities for the next five years towards the vision. This strategic plan is purposefully built from the following tenets:

To be an influential Alumni Association that is engaged and driven by a shared commitment to excellence and service.
Mission
To empower, connect, and engage the alumni of the University of Nairobi, fostering a culture of excellence, service and innovation. We are committed to mobilizing resources, building strategic partnerships and networks, increasing memberships and strengthening student- alumni relations.
Core Values
The UONAA has core values that reflect the principles and ideals that guide her as she works towards achieving her vision and mission as outlined in the strategic plan. These include: Integrity, accountability, transparency, loyalty, professionalism, excellence, care, innovation, service, Legacy, and environmental stewardship.
Integrity and Professionalism
Integrity is the foundation of our Association. We conduct ourselves with honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct in all interactions, ensuring the trust and credibility of the UONAA.
